The Bensalem Township School District is delighted to announce the appointment of Jennifer Stock-Ladner to the position of Accounting Supervisor. She replaces Brett Haskin who is moving to the position of Financial Manager following the retirement of Michael G. Bevilacqua.

The annual Bensalem High School canned food drive was a huge success this year.

Weather emergencies are all very different and we do our best to handle the situation appropriately; student safety is always our main concern, as well as communicating effectively with our school community.

The Toys for Tots collection boxes at Bensalem High School were overflowing, so they were picked up a day earlier than planned. Thank you to everyone who donated or reminded someone to donate this year.

At the November 22nd School Board meeting, the Just for the Kids Education Foundation Board announced the recipients of the Classroom Project Awards for the 2022-2023 school year. The nineteen (19) projects that will receive funding totaling $8,678.47 are listed below. JftKs has been funding Classroom Projects since 1996, which has exceeded $500,000 going directly into the classrooms of all nine Bensalem Schools. These projects help our teachers achieve their respective educational goals and enhance their classroom presentations.

Congratulations to Bensalem High School (BHS) junior, Keira Seidman for being named the Pennsylvania Association for Gifted Education's (PAGE) Distinguished High School Student of the Year for 2022! Keira was recognized at the award ceremony and luncheon at the annual PAGE conference on October 17 at the Kalahari Poconos Resort.

This morning (11/14/2022), the Bensalem High School Marine Corps JROTC celebrated the 247th birthday of the United States Marine Corps. There was a designated empty chair that was adored in black, symbolizing the valiant sacrifices of the Marine Corps-Navy Team. During the ceremony, the cadets paid tribute to the members of the Navy and Marine Corps who lost their lives while serving our great Nation.
