The Bus Status mobile app is free to download from the App Store and Google Play. Parents and students select their bus(es) in the App and receive a push notification any time one of their bus(es) is delayed or cancelled.

A. - The statuses in the App are set by our Transportation team.
Q. - Why didn’t I receive a push notification for my delayed or cancelled bus?
A. - To receive bus notifications, you MUST enable notifications in your device settings and add your bus(es) to My Buses in the App.

1. Go to the My Bus tab in the App and verify that your bus has been added. If the bus has not been added to My Buses, go to the All Buses tab and tap the Star next to your bus(es).

If you have followed the steps above and are still not receiving notifications, go to the District tab in the App and tap the Reset App button. You will then need to select you school district and add your bus(es) to My Buses.
Q. - I recently changed devices and the App is not showing the information I expect. What should I do?
A. - Please go to the District tab in the App and tap the Reset App button. You will then need to select Bensalem Township School District and add your bus(es) to My Buses.
