The purpose of the Special Meeting is to consider and act upon business matters pertaining to the sale of Armstrong Middle School and 1.980 acre of unused and unnecessary vacant land parcel of Cecelia Snyder Middle School to 2201 Street Rd LLC, as well as any other business which may come before the Board.

The Public is invited to attend and participate in the Special Meeting as permitted by law.
